Agronomy Notes

February 25, 2010

10 months out of the year Penn State Agronomy Educators in the Capital Area publish a newsletter. This newsletter is called the Agronomy Notes. Agronomy Educators from the following Pennsylvania counties contribute to the newsletter: Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York. Topics discussed in the newsletter are very seasonal. These topics range from anything nutrient management related to equipment maintenance to crop diseases and many others. Every issue also features an article on current Crop Insurance issues and deadlines. Sometimes one can find details for upcoming meetings. The newsletter is always filled with pictures and graphics. All of the information presented in the Agronomy Notes is relevant for anyone involved in crop production, especially if you live in PA, and extra especially if you live in the Capital Area of PA.

You are probably wondering why I am blogging about the Agronomy Notes . . . well I’ve been the editor since October 2009.  If you are interested in checking out the Agronomy Notes visit this website:  http://cli.gs/3ugpNN Here you can check out the current issue of the Agronomy Notes and also view archived issues.
